Hello,  My name is Kevin and I am a Partner in columbiaspice.com - Columbia Spice Imports.  We have been selling the spices and seasonings for meat processing for over 10 years now.  I have dabbled with smoking on a Brinkmann Smoker that I had received for a fathers day present from my kids.  After a "like" of a Advertisement for CharBroil Electric Smokers from Moe Cason - I watched a video and ended up purchasing one.  I have done pork butt, spare ribs, baby back ribs and kielbasa so far in my CharBroil and love it so far.  This is perfect for me to learn on!
