Coles No 27 Meat grinder

I recently came across a Coles Model 27 Meat Grinder. It seems like a functional meat grinder minus the head ring. having trouble finding the ring. Has anyone ever heard of this grinder or have any knowledge about it. Struggle is real!!!

It is a fine thread - thinking may have to take to machine shop and see if they can make me one to fit. The pic below is what it supposed to look like - obviously i just need something similar in order to get this thing to work. Hobart shop close to Sioux Falls never seen it nor do the Hobart parts interchange, ugghh
