Hi folks

This forum has been highly recommended to me by a reputable smoking wood supplier here in the UK , I'm now a member of this fantastic forum & hopefully will post a few threads.
My name is Gav & I run our very own family butchery based in Dorset & I currently have a Beelonia F5 smoker which is set up to cold smoke only at our butchery depot!

I will be posting threads shortly in the right areas as I'm still trying to perfect the art of cold smoking & will need all the help I can get to produce good quality smoked products for my local foodies here in Dorset UK

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a windy, warm and rainy looking day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  Many good folks here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  Check out Jeff’s 5 day smoking E-Course ( link below ) that will help you get started.  Couple other good threads to help you get started included.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Hi Gav, welcome to the family!

You will get all the help and advice you need on here, just post it up and the replies will come!

As Danny said, that's one impressive smoker. Are you going to be commercially smoking for your Business?

You have a head start over most UK smokers, you can cut the "American" cuts of meat.
