COLD smoking, cheese, what else?

thinking of making a cold smoker,  what items are good besides cheese?   

any and all ideas are more than welcome
 
Flour, for those times when you can't smoke your baked goods.  Pizza crust, SOS, dumplings.  Want to try biscuits soon.

x2 on the sea salt!! cheese,bacon,pork chops,ect.

now try this, take your favorite salsa (my wife makes mine), put it in a bowl

smoke for about 3 hours of  thin to med cold smoke stirring every 1/2 hour.

put in the fridge for a few hours. i bet you wont eat it without smoke ever again.
