Cold Smoked Honey Tips / Idea's ??

Just a question --- Has any one got some tips and views on cold smoking honey ? o_O
came across a method which says should smoke for an hour in 200l trays at 1cm thick....

Cover trays and set aside for 24 hours, before mixing with normal honey to get taste for your liking.. :):)
