cold rainy day

well off to a slow start this morning... cold and rain is not helping me smoking this turkey... soaked the bird in water, apples, cininnim, and injected it with butter and real maple sryup..

I hate it when it rains on my parade. What are you using to cook it? what temps?Remember to post pics.

I'm using my flower pot smoker, my temp is around 225 it's really cold and rain.. hard to keep my temp up.. so it might be a long smoke
