I don't know if you guys get the itch to smoke but lately I've had it bad with all this rain we've been getting here in Georgia. I went to the store this morning and bought a rack a spare ribs and put some of Myron Mixon's BBQ rub on them I got for Christmas. I normally use a tweaked version of Meathead's Memphis Dust. I fired up the Weber kettle with the Slow N Sear threw on the ribs and now I wait.
