Hello SMF Crew and Members!
I can't believe I've been away from this great web site, wonderful people and delicious food for so long. Looking forward to warmer weather, firing up the smoker again, enjoying some home made BBQ and drooling at all the Q-view here at SMF. At the same time, I'm afraid to take the lid off of my WSM :eek:....will not be a pretty site (don't worry I won't post pics). Probably will have to buy a new upper grate, that's how long it has been.
Anyhow, just wanted to say hello.
