Yes a commercial/scientific oven
I picked up a 200 lt oven there 2200 series and a 5400 series humidity controlled chamber at auction a week ago
Figured if they don't work I could use the body as a elec smoker http://www.contherm.co.nz/Brochures/2000.pdf
that was my first thought so im looking at the 2000 series oven to convert to a smoker
will have to get on the build pages later and ask for some help on the airflow calcs
