Last couple of smokes on the pellet pooper had been having issues keeping the pellet tube lit. It would light and smolder but when I put it inside the cook chamber it would go out. I typically toss it into dishwasher every once in a while but it did no good this time and also have a dedicated wire brush with a long handle. Ugh. Took a close look and the holes on top and sides were clogged. What to do. Thought about using oven cleaner but didnt want the chemicals. Tried using tip of a steak knife which would help some but only abt the outside half. Need power tools. Put a small drill bit into the cordless drill. It worked perfectly. If the clog didnt just punch out I would just hit the trigger and it would drill through. Drilled out all the clogs and wire brushed inside and out. Back to being almost new again.

I don't have the tube, but for my maze. I use a brass bristle tooth brush.
