Hey y'all, I've heard plenty of ideas in how to clean the glass on my mes 40, but what about the rest? The grates are the biggest pain in the a**! I clean them, and the glass window after every smoke, but I haven't cleaned the other three walls at all yet. I've probably had about 6-7 smokes on it so theres a dark build up on the walls. I'm not really sure how wet I can get the inside? Can I hit it hard with a soapy sponge? Can I hit the inside with a hose? Any help is always appreciated. Thanks

I never cleaned anything in my MES except the racks...and the window.  That dark stuff on the walls means you're getting your rig well seasoned, and that should improve the smoke flavor of your food.
