Well went to the store in hopes of getting some ribs but at 3.49 a lbs that wasn't going to be happening then I saw these beauties.

They will rest in the fridge for a little bit while I get the smoker ready for them. Be back in a bit. I will try to make sure I update with mite pics as the day goes on.
