Getting ready to throw some chuckie on the mini!

I am also doing pork tenderloin for dinner tonight.  The chuckie is for dinner tomorrow.

Here are the deviled eggs we made out of the smoked eggs we did the other day.  DELICIOUS.

Getting the mini fired up!

Did you boil , peel , then smoke or did you do them entirely on the Smoker

Not that there is a difference (well maybe some diff. ) , but they are fun to WoW  guest .

Just curious , have fun and as always . . .

Chuckie looks great.

What's the plan for it?

The chuckie looks great

When I did a chuckie I ended up pulling it and mixing in a tad bit of bbq sauce.  Made great sammies

I need to do something with this - I still have two cuts of ribeye I need to throw on the grill.  Maybe for lunch tomorrow and prime for dinner!

Had some family over last night.  I put the chuckie in the crock pot with some beef broth.  Let that sit for 3 or 4 hours and pulled it apart with fork.  Added some barbeque sauce to the crock pot and mixed it all in.

Made more smoked deviled eggs and some corn.

Topped off the chuckie on a bun with a slice of smoked pepperjack....it was awesome!
