Started a chuckie the other day then got to tired to finish. Turned out into "burnt ends" for a finish as I only got it to about 170 the other day. Took it off after my wife said I looked exhausted. I mumbled something about her wishing I had a muffler. Brought it into the fridge, cubed tonight and back on the Pit Boss. Mustard BBQ sauce and Kinders Prime Steak seasoning. I have pictures but in getting an error right now. Edit, seems to work now.
