obviously from the title my names Chuck I live near Park Hills, Missouri......I am newer to smoking but any time I get intrested in something I spend countless hours learning how to perfect it which is why Im stoked that I found this site from what Iv seen and read so far I can spend weeks reading and learning from you guys, which I intend on doing.....I have been using a cheap charcoal smoker for months but just spent the money 2 weeks ago and got me an electric smoker which iv been trying to master but its taken some getting used to.....I look forward to learning from you guys and maybe I can help someone myself one day
