Well done!
I already gave away a lot of crafted items in honor of the holidays.
Wife is planning to make many batches of her infamous rolled out cookies. She holds out until closer to Christmas so they are fresher.

Yea... That's so you won't eat em all before Christmas...
I'm not a cookie eater so safe with me.
Her and Darcey are already planning for next year's gathering.

Got thinking and maybe we need to start thinking on a twice a year party until the north side fires up again.

YUM YUMMMM ... Liked to hear a little more about the white chocalte coated corn puffs...

Pretty simple Keith, just a bag of the Puff Corn (9oz) and I used 18 oz Almond Bark (much cheaper than white chocolate)
Can melt using double boiler or I just did in microwave about 1 min at a time, stirring until smooth and creamy.
In large bowl ( I did 1/2 bag and 1/2 melted bark, 2 batches) pour the bark over puff corn stirring with spatula until coated.
Place on wax or freezer paper ( add sprinkles if wish ) until set up and enjoy.
Will last on counter 4-5 days (doubt it) and then they tend to get soggy. Can fridge and last longer

Is Puff Corn the same as Pop Corn?

Chris
