Requests for smoked cheese, so here we go.
Little assortment of some of the basics.

3° temps outside so set the MES at 35° and let it roll for 5 hrs with Oak/Hickory/Cherry dust.
Sorry, smoked picture was to blurry when posted here.
Smoked almonds were also on the list. 6# total using John's recipe here with hickory pellets.

Let cheese and almonds sit overnight in fridge and vac sealed.
