Christmas Ribs....thanks to all

Aloha, I'd like to thank all who have helped me these past months. After a whole bunch of practice on ribs and chicken, I was confident enough to do a rack of pork ribs which I brought over to a family friend for his Christmas lunch. Now I really need a larger smoker. He already put in an order for his NewYears meal. Once again thanks to all here....Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year too.
