Christmas Eve prime rib and Christmas Day tenderloin. Went so quick didn’t get any done pics! Both were smoked. Tenderloin was smoked then reversed seared on the grill.

Can you please explain what you have for seasoning on the Prime Rib?
I’m getting roped into doing another one for New Year’s Eve dinner. There will be 14 dining and my house isn’t big enough
but we’ll make due.

I used Worcestershire sauce salt pepper garlic and a little rosemary. Just my personal preference I think it adds some good flavor to the crust. I like to keep it simple with such a good piece of meat. Don’t want to over power it. Good luck with the New Years smoke! Had 15 people here yesterday wish I would have done 2 tenderloins so I had some leftovers!

No PR at our house this year. We went with scallops and shrimp instead.
