I smoked a whole boneless, skin on turkey breast. Made dressing, mash potatoes, green beans and bacon and GRAVY. Also made a loaf of beer bread and there was a double batch of molasses cookies (not in picture). Full bellies!

Nice! Doing this tomorrow with a 7.5 lb bone on breast. Was not going to cut it like your though but leave it whole. Figure 2 hours at 220 then kick it up to 300 until 165 and skin crisp???
 
Looks delicious! Nice job on that! Seems to be a lot of full bellies happening around here also.
