Chocolate Rub Ribs

I experimented with a chocolate rub on my ribs today. I smoked for 3 hours, covered in foil with honey and Reds Apple Ale for 2 hours, then another hour uncovered basting with Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce. I also put some drum sticks on for 3 hours. The kids Devoured those! I smoked a pound of bacon for an hour that I put in baked beans. Sunday dinner was a win!

Hummmm! Chocolate ribs? I suppose coffee wouldn't be much different? I and trying to imagine the taste of either.
Maybe I should just try it.
