c.h. thanks for the recipe. Every twice in awhile I like to grill an extra steak or two (really got to hid the extra from the fridge hounds *kids*) and make me a quick meal when I'm running between jobs. I take the steak and cut it into thin strips then nuke it in the microwave until just warm. I then warm up some flour tortilla shells-I put the meat in the shell with some sour cream and salsa and roll the thing up burrito style and eat it on the way to the other job.

I'm gonna have to make up some of the mayo to have on hand just to change things up a bit.

Next time you make chicken or tuna salad you should try it with the chipotle mayo. Man that's some goooooood stuff. It really gives an old standby a new kick. I've been using store bought stuff but now that I've found this I think I'll be making my own.

Crazyhorse,
You have outstanding good taste. I've tried this and it's great! Another outstanding recipe from Crazyhorse. (I especially enjoy it with a really good cheese burger.) Thanks!!
