Our local Chinese Buffet has this Mixed Seafood Salad that is so good. I bought a bag of mixed seafood to try something to go with my seafood feast I doing today. I am not really seeing anything that looks like it. It probably pretty simple. Here is a picture of it. Anyone ever made anything like this? It is just mixed seafood but the trick is the dressing they use. Its pretty light but so tasty.
