My wife requested a smoked Mexican flavored meal. Here's my take on her request. Chili lime bone in chicken breast and stuffed peppers. Also made corn salad which I put the corn on the smoker. My wife made a avocado recipe she saw on Pinterest. It all turned out really good. Definitely a do again! Until next time friends.
