Smoked a chicken for Sunday dinner...

Cut it in half, rubbed olive oil on it, johnny's season salt, paprika, granulated garlic, smoked at 225F with cherry wood for 3 1/2hrs. It was good!
 
Man oh man what a color to this bird yummmy.

this chicken  with mayo and a good roll will make me happy

(you know you can put all the photos on 1 thread just add more)

Looks great - did you know that you can edit a post and add more pictures? We do that often as we progress in a smoke - just a little FYI
