Found these thighs at a local market on sale at 99 cents/lb. Awfully hard to pass up, so we didn't!!!! Salt, pepper, Rudy's rub and powdered garlic. They were the last in the pool -- so to speak -- as they would certainly finish first. 2 pork shoulders and a chuckie in as well. Hickory is the choice of the day. Took the thighs to 165* IT (about 2.5-3 hours). They took on a nice color. Thanks for looking. Q-view on the rest coming up later. Have a great 4th!
