We'll I have the day off so thought I'd fire up the webber. Doing a few quarters injected with crole butter and sprinkled with a touch of fat boy (pecan). After cruising the sight I decided to throw in a simple fatty. Pork,cheese,chili cheese burrito and bacon and a little rub. No weave on the bacon this time, I read a thread where someone didn't like the soggy bacon behind the weave and I've often thought the same thing when I've made them in the past. They don't look as pretty bud I think I'll like the texture better.
