Chicken Meatball Pasta - Ok heart Healthy!

• 1lb ground chicken
• 1egg
• 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup Ramano
• 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (or the equivalent dried)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix softly!

once cooked put in sauce and let simmer ... 1 hr +
Boil penne pasta

cook pasta underdone and reserve 1 cup of pasta water
add pasta water as needed
