Put them in tomato, garlic and basil marinade for around 3 hours . Then into my UDS with hickory chunks for the smoke , temp slowly climb to 330.
Not sure how long it took didn't check the clock.
Took them off when they reach 165 (IT)
Heated up some turkey gravy,
Chicken turn out great. Gravy was awesome.
