Ft Lauderdale.
saw this on a F/B kettle forum and decided to try it.
The recipe was chicken breasts cubed and wrapped in bacon. Worked of but next time I'll use thighs. Slippery little suckers were a task to wrap in bacon. it would help if Publix thin bacon wasn't paper thin. Next time, if i do it again I'll get the thicker bacon or something other than Publix brand ( whatever is BOGO). Used SNS on Kettle. cooked to 145 then started basting with SBR spicy honey to 165 and glazed over.

They look good John, we've been making chicken balls for a few years and really enjoy them. I don't put the bacon wrap on them, but may try it next time.

Point for sure
Chris
