Last night I tossed some cubed chicken chunks into a bowl of pickle juice and butter milk. And for brunch I breaded them and airfried them with some tater tots.

Man, these were downright tasty! I don't do this near enough.
 
That looks awesome Steve. Nothing like a meal that needs no fork, but a lot of napkins! Great job.
 
Nice that's the kinda thing I got my ninja for I have not tried much with it yet. Reheated stuff basically lol
 
Looks good Steve. I did that about a month ago. That pickle juice sets it off. Even picked up a bottle of the Polynesian sauce at the store. I love that stuff.

Thanks! I buy pickle juice by the gallon. Love using. And drinking it for night cramps. Ah, Heck! I just like drinking it!

Thanks! I use a 50/50 mix of breadcrumbs and flour. I mill the breadcrumbs in my food processor until they are very fine

Those came out nice . I try to use something that's already dark in color .
You got some great color on those for using a flour mix .
