Looks great, my better half has grown loads of courgettes (that's what we call zucchini in the UK )

BTW don't be afraid to alter this recipe. This is a good binding base, but I could see bacon crumbled in or smoking the tots... Did someone say blue cheese?
Braz ... lots of rain here so the plants are making 2 zicchinis every 2 days, but the vine borers have entered the main stem so the plants will die soon.
