Cheese in the snow

I needed to take advantage of the chilly weather today, and smoked some cheese. Ever since my friends tried  this stuff, I can't make enough.

Looks great what flavors do you have there and what flavor of wood you smoking with ect. I love me some smoked Pepper Jack, try butter next time also it is a bomb

Thanks . I had sharp , Colby, and pepper jack. I use bbq delight cherry pellets for about 3 hours.

Just checked our cheese stock and we need some more! My kids have been eating it all!
