Hi do. I've been through this forum several times and thought I'd go ahead and sign up. I'm here to really gain some knowledge just for my personal benefit. I don't compete or cook for crowds. I love to smoke and I have three boys that eat as much as a crowd. For now, I use just a plain ole Brinkman electric water smoker. I have a Chargriller but lack the side box. Eventually, once I refine my skills, I'll step up and build a quality smoker. Just from the little I have come across on this site, there are a lot of mistakes I have been making. I'll start my relearning process this weekend.

Well thank y'all for the warm reception. I'll definitely upload some photos this weekend when I take a better approach to my smoking. A big ole pork butt sounds good.
