Hey guys, the little woman got me a charcoal grill to use as an indirect smoker for my birthday last month and has put me to work right away.  With no experience on the smoker and little experience on the propane grill, I needed all the help I could get.  Thank god for finding this place!  So far a couple hours of staring at the computer screen has gotten me though a couple of beer can chickens, some amazing smoked salmon, and the start of what looks like a long love affair with smoking to come!  Thanks for all the help so far to those of you who don't even know you have helped me and I look forward to becoming a bigger part of the community!
