Hello to all of you BBQ enthusiasts. I'm new, born in Philly but living in So. Jersey. I'm excited about learning as much as I can about smoking meat. I currently have only deck: a Weber Genesis Silver gas grill, an Oklahoma Joe smoker and an imported Gemignani Wood burning oven
