Local paper has a number of Shrimp & Grits recipes from local resturants here in Charleston. Don't know how long they will be here so if your interested in some good low-country food please grab them quick.

If you miss getting them...I copied them down in my file, plus the peach receipes. The shrimp&grits receipes were from a couple of years ago, but if you know anything about Charleston, these resturants are some of the best in Charleston.

While we're on the Charleston recipe subject. I wished I could find a recipe for the mild horseradish dip that the old Cappys used to serve with their blackened sirloin tips. I've concocted some that were close, but not quite as good. It was a white sauce that had a consistency almost like softened ricotta cheese.
