Made these yesterday, fermented overnight, now they're hanging in my cave.

Looks real good from where I'm sitting. What's the Salami taste like with the squid ink added?

The squid ink doesn't add much in terms of flavor, it's mainly for color. The black garlic is the flavor star.

Drop on over to the curing section....that's where most of the salami and salumi are posted. Good to see another salami maker on the forum...welcome.
