HI James,

Welcome to the SMF (and the VA Smoker's Group).

I'm sure there are several folks who have the same smoker/grill you do and you should be able to locate threads by using the search tool.

Do us all a favor and stop in at Roll-Call and introduce yourself.  That way everyone can stop by and say hi!

Remember that we like to see pics of your finished products (Q-view) and to share recipes, successes and failures.  It's all good here.

Below is a link to the Char-Griller 50/50 Duo reviews page.

Good luck and good smoking.

Welcome James!

About the only complaint my buddy that has one told me is that he wishes his was made of a little thicker metal, and was a little more sturdy.

He took his to a Boy Scouts campout and the trip caused it to rattle and shake.  But, he and the kids still use it almost every weekend, and it puts out some great food.

Good luck with it.

spare ribs with rub                                bb ribs one before the rub

spare ribs and chicken legs                    bb ribs

these are just some of the great eats that comes off of my chargriller duo
