The beef i ground weighed in at 4lb 9oz.

How about some Owens BBQ Cervelat SS mix.Mixed the cure 1 and some of the carrot binder in a zip lock with the SS mix.


All mixed and ready to stuff tomorrow. Not going to put much smoke to the chubs.

Made some small chubs. And a dinky one.

Here is an easy cheap way to put netting on your chubs.
