Those boys are meat eaters, no question about that.
The finished product looks a lot better than what they started with--sure didn't look overly appetizing as they butchered that bird.
Would have been a lot better if I was able to understand what they were saying.

Give it a watch with the subtitles. Although they don’t talk a whole lot about their process. He does say the wine will heal his hand faster, which he must have cut pretty good while butchering the bird.
 
Is the local zoo missing an ostrich? I guess downing pint glasses of wine while using sharp knives maybe isn't such a good idea. Of course as we all know, "wine is a medicine".
I had an ostrich filet a few years ago. Taste and texture was much like beef.
Does anyone know what kind of bread they were eating at the end? Never seen anything like that before.

Even if it doesn't help heal his hand faster, the amount of wine he was guzzling will definitely dull the pain. LOL.
