I'm Brett from Central Oregon, been on the site way to many times to not register and start participating in the smoky goodness!
Lots of awesome stuff on this site and is always a great reference for many things. Have two tower smokers one electric and one gas.
My favorite thing is cooking a whole dinner in the smoker (meat, vegetables, potatoes and bread). Also really enjoy trying to perfect jerky recipes!
