Lots of awesome stuff on this site and is always a great reference for many things. Have two tower smokers one electric and one gas.
My favorite thing is cooking a whole dinner in the smoker (meat, vegetables, potatoes and bread). Also really enjoy trying to perfect jerky recipes!
