Catering question

Good morning,

I have been asked to do a catering job for a friends wedding and I just have one question if someone could help me out.

I'm trying to figure out how many lbs of canned baked beans will fit in a full size 4in hotel pan? Also how many people would that serve?

A gallon can of veggies will serve 25 people a 1/2 cup serving. Large chaffing pan should hold 2 gallon depending on what you may ad to it. Just a precaution use a baking sheet or steamer tray under the foil chaffing pan as they will fold up very easy.

A 2" full pan of beans will feed appx 65 people.
