Great looking meal--gotta love cast iron for the sear and perfect cooking. Question for you. Was the cauliflower precooked, or raw. Might not be glam, but I do love cauliflower.

OOPS...sorry, I had missed this question. Yeah, those were reheated cauliflower pieces. GF won't eat them although I like them on occasion and I threw them in the pan to get happy. I found roasted cauliflower on the grill quite tasty. I did a half head double wrapped in foil with butter on the cooler side of the coals till soft...awesome taste.....Willie

Not fair to post such pics when I'm on day 3 of liquid diet ( penalty for pushing my diverticulitus to far on Christmas ) but i guess it's my fault for even being here and torturing myself ha.

Those ribeyes and shrooms look awesome ! Words can't express how much I'd like to be sitting down at that table. - Ed
 
We love cast iron cooked steaks, I have a skillet I put on my side burner and get it super hot, puts a fantastic sear on them.
