Many suppliers out there but I’d take a look at Walton’s Meats. They are big enough and sell good products.

The red stitch cloth are my go-to. You can pack them as tight as you possibly can and they don't blow out. I think the smoke penetrates the cloth bags better personally.

I guess 500 might not be the most economical.
