I have a bucket of sausage maker never opened in the small fridge raider downstairs are they still good.Probably in the fridge 10 years.
 
Open it up and smell them. Go from there.
 
Sometimes they have an "off" odor... a little vinegar in water will clear that up... If they are still strong, don't tear easily, they should be good... When done, I store mine in kosher salt in a zip bag in the refer....
 
Wow 10 years what you been doing all that time. As farmer said the nose knows to start then wash and rinse as Dave has said.
