Cappec's Bluetooth Thermometer

I read online about this BBQ Thermometer that seems to be very good. Has anyone here tried it because I want to hear your opinion.

I just read all the amazon reviews. No bueno. I will stick with my Mavericks. Not only that but I have a windows phone which no one has an app for anyway.

Don't know anything about this unit, but I also read some of the reviews.  Most of the complaints seemed to be associated with the app, which they updated and seems to be working better.  The biggest plus to me is that those probes look really solid, but then I finally found in question number 30 that the probe cable length is only 24".  That's fine for the oven, but it's not going to get to all the places in my smoker I'd want it to get to.
