Canadian Smoker

Just thought i would drop in and say hello. I havent seen too many Canadian smokers around here but i am sure there are some out there. A little bit about myself, in June i received a Bradley 4 rack smoker from my wonderful wife and ever since then i have been hooked. I am still trying to nail down the proper methods and rubs but it sure has been an adventure. I am looking forward to learning from some of the experts out there.
