Canadian smoker in Eugene OR

Hey all,

I've been watching this forums for quite some time I finally took the time to join.

I have a Bradley 4 rack digital for the last year. I am a notice smoker (one year and counting) and I'm trying to build my experience and knowledge.

One thing I'm looking at doing is moving from the electric smoker to a charcol (WSG), once I can sell my Bradley.

Thanks to everyone for the constant input and support.
